Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of Public Works, on behalf of The City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, for the implementation of a Citywide Lot Beautification, Flower Beds, and Community Gardening Program, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 5100, Organization 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project Grant G226004, Budget Year 2001.
