Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of Eighty Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) from Salaries, Fund 1000, Org. No. 230000, Account 511000, Subclass 10, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Police to Fund 1000, Org. No. 210000, Account 524500, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Administration, Department of Public Safety.

Section 2.                     This Resolution shall become effective the date of the Mayor's signature.
