Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Works, and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contract, or the use of existing Contracts in a form approved by City Solicitor, for Vacant lot clean up services, at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand ($400,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Account 527900, Fund 2610, Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2007, Budget Year 2007, Project 2220082, Property Management, Department of Public Works.
