Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.      That Resolution No. 676, effective Dec. 28, 2007, entitled
 
"Resolution granting unto Folino's Ristorante, 1715-1721 E. Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, their successors and assigns, the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, steel decorative fencing extending 7'4" out from the building, 55' feet in length, 4' 1" high on a 15' 3" sidewalk area at 1717-1721 E. Carson Street in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh."
 
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
