WHEREAS, the 18^th Bi-Annual "Drewery-Comer Family Reunion" will be held at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott Hotel in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania from Thursday, July 27^th, 2006 through Sunday, July 30^th, 2006; and

WHEREAS, several members of the Drewery-Comer family are proud residents of the City of Pittsburgh, residing in the neighborhoods of Chartiers City and Sheraden, as well as various other neighborhoods throughout the city; and

WHEREAS, their first family reunion took place in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1972, and since then the family has gathered together every two years to celebrate in cities such as Washington, D.C., St. Louis, Missouri, Baltimore, Maryland, Los Angeles, California, Eufaula, Alabama, West Palm Beach, Florida, Boston, Massachusetts, Spring Lake, North Carolina, Detroit, Michigan and will now gather in the great city of Pittsburgh for the third time; and

WHEREAS, in attendance will be over 150 family members spanning four generations of the Drewery-Comer Family.
