Resolution amending Resolution No. 97 of 2023 further amending Resolution No. 877 of 2021 authorizing the Mayor and the Department of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections to enter into an Amended Agreement or Agreements with ath Power Consulting Corporation to provide customer service and soft skills training to the Department’s staff, by increasing the approved amount by FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($45,000.00) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($123,150.00) over 4 years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as Follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Permits, Licenses and Inspections, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Amended Agreement or Agreements with ath Power Consulting Corporation to provide customer service and soft skills training to the Department’s staff by increasing the approved amount by FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($45,000.00) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($123,150.00) over 4 years.
Section 2: The Amended Agreement or Agreements shall be chargeable to and payable from the following accounts subject to available future appropriations in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Eight Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($78,150):

2023 $20,000.00 from 11101.130000.53.53301.2023

Section 3: Said Amended Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
