Title

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the URBAN LEAGUE OF PGH., for the implementation/administration of the HOUSING COUNSELING PROGRAM, and related costs, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the URBAN LEAGUE OF PGH., for the implementation/administration of the HOUSING COUNSELING PROGRAM, and related costs thereof, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2005 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of City Planning, "URBAN LEAGUE COUNSELING PROGRAM", Project No. 500000-2610-110000-C2005-2216303-2005

Finally, that any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
