Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 232, effective April 19, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 2; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by adding "Sheraden-Elliott Community Planning-West Pittsburgh Partnership", $20,000 and by reducing funds for the following projects: "Oakwood Rest Room Construction" by $2,088.29, "Enlarge Caretakers residence" by $11,982.76, "Construct Bocci Court at Sr. Center" $4,407.19, "Moffat Street repave, install, sidewalks and sewers" $4,823.31 and adding $3,301.55 to District 5 contingency. Total cost of all projects not to exceed $996,698.45.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 232 effective April 19, 2000, as amended, which currently reads as follows:
The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 2, in an amount not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
