Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution number 770 of 2016, entitled “Resolution making appropriations to pay the expenses of conducting the public business of the City of Pittsburgh and for meeting the debt charges thereof for the Fiscal Year, beginning January 1, 2017” is hereby amended by reopening the 2017 Operating Budget.
