Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows

Section 1.                     Resolution number 768 of 2009, effective January 1, 2010, entitled “Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program” which presently reads as per “Current Budget Amount” is hereby further amended to read as per “Revised Budget Amount”
