Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design phase of the City Steps Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,650,000.00), an increase of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,800,000.00) reimbursable at 80%. The funding increase to the Final Design, Right-of-Way, and Construction phases to be paid from the following account/s:
