Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

                     Resolution No. 22 of 2020, entitled “authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to execute relevant agreements with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County to receive grant funding to support Homewood Complete Streets Planning project” is hereby amended as follows:

 

Section 1.              The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County in order to receive a grant award of Eighty-One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($81,000.00) ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND ($162,000.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400303.45703.00.

 

Section 2.              The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts not to exceed the cost of Eighty-One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($81,000.00) ONE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND ($162,000.00) dollars for Homewood Complete Streets Planning project, under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County, chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400303.50000.00.
