Title

Resolution providing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of the Intoximeters, Inc. in the amount of Four Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Eight Dollars ($4,378.00).

Body

Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Intoximeters, Inc. in the amount of Four Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars ($4,378.00) without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Fund 2443, Subclass 600, Account 540000, Org. No. 230000, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.

Section 2.                     This Resolution shall become effective the date of the Mayor's signature.
