Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services contract or contracts with Employee Benefit Data Services, Inc. for the purpose of administering the financial incentive/medical savings program associated with the January 1, 2002 POS Healthcare Program.
Body
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and Director of Personnel, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby
authorized to enter into a contract or contracts in a form or forms approved by the City Solicitor to:
a. Administer the Medical Savings Account Programs associated with the January 1, 2002 POS Healthcare Program, at a cost not to exceed $32,000 (Thirty-Two Thousand Dollars) chargeable and payable from Code Account 45, Health Care Benefits, Index Code 004507, Account 571100, Organization 999300, Fund 1000, Sub Class 040, Budget Year 2002, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
That the City Controller shall encumber funds subject to there being funds appropriated by City Council in the same fiscal year in Code Account 45, Health Care Benefits, Index Code 004507, Account 571100, Organization 999300, Fund 1000, Sub Class 040, Budget Year 2002, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
