Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 948, effective January 1, 2004, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2004 Capital Budget," by reducing and adding various line items, in accordance with Attachment 1 hereto.

Section 2.                     In all other respects, Resolution No. 948, effective January 1, 2004, as amended, shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
