Resolution repealing Resolution 623 of 2021, effective September 30, 2021, which authorized the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned Properties in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 11-K, Lots 78 and 78-2 (2 and 3 Seneca Street - Council District 6), and further authorizing the Pittsburgh Land Bank to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to these parcels at no cost to the city.

Whereas, the Urban Redevelopment Authority seeks to repeal the resolution authorizing its acquisition of the above parcels and the Pittsburgh Land Bank desires to acquire all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to the above-listed publicly-owned property in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition,
Whereas, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh gave approval for the acquisition by the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in Resolution 623 of 2021, and
Whereas, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh now desires to give approval to the acquisition by the Pittsburgh Land Bank.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution 623 of 2021, which authorized the URA to acquire all the City's Right, Title and Interest, if any, in and to the Publicly-Owned properties in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 11-K, Lot 78, and Block 11-K, Lot 78-2 (2 and 3 Seneca Street), is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The Pittsburgh Land Bank is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to the publicly-owned properties known as Blo...
