Resolution granting unto Young Women's Christian Association of Pittsburgh, 305 Wood Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222,, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a handicap ramp with handrail on Third Avenue and a concrete landing with handrail at 305 Wood Street in the 1st Ward, Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That the Young Women's Christian Association of Pittsburgh, 305 Wood Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense,

1. A portion of a concrete ADA accessible ramp 12'6” in length with a 34” high metal handrail and a 5” wide by 6'6” landing, extending 2' out over the property line onto the 9'2” sidewalk area on Third Avenue.

2. A portion of a 4' wide by 11' in length, 6” high concrete landing with a set of metal handrails, 34” high extending a total of 2' over the property line onto the 12'6” sidewalk area at 305 Wood Street: for 305 Wood Street, Lot and Block 1-H-139 in the 1st ,Ward, Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-723 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.

Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
