Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Acting Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for professional training services, at a cost not to exceed Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000), chargeable to and payable from Fund 2469, Sub Code 600, Account 564100, Organization 230000, Budget Year 2002 Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
