WHEREAS, the South Side Chamber of Commerce is a business community organization, located at 1910 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15203 which provides the exclusive business voice that represents the interest of the South Side business community at city and state levels; and

WHEREAS, The South Side Chamber of Commerce is also the primary business organization that promotes and develops the South side as a regional asset and is the only organization that provides networking opportunity among all South Side Business organizations; and

WHEREAS, the South Side Chamber of Commerce desires to operate certain small games of chance and/or conduct raffles to generate funds to further their purpose.
