Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Granicus, Inc. in the amount of $23,804.84 in payment for the software and hardware upgrades and server hosting services of Legistar, the legislative tracking and video streaming technology used by the City Clerk’s Office.  Chargeable to and payable from City Clerk’s Modernization, Fund 40011, Account Number 0127100099.50000.
