Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group for use in the development, administration, and implementation of a "plan to counter unscrupulous and unlawful lending practices in City neighborhoods" at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, with the Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group for use in the development, administration, and implementation of a "plan to counter unscrupulous and unlawful lending practices in City neighborhoods," at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following:

Department of City Planning

"Anti-Predatory Lending"
