Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and Director of Emergency Management are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Michael J. Baker Jr., Inc. for the purpose of the development of a central business district evacuation plan at a cost not to exceed $589,327.00 from Account 525500, Fund 2463, Organization 213000, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2006.
