Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the New Pittsburgh Courier, doing business as Real Times, Inc., for legal advertisements published on June 4, 2025 in connection with City of Pittsburgh Quiet Title actions for an amount not to exceed FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SIX DOLLARS AND SIXTY-EIGHT CENTS ($5,156.68), chargeable and payable from 11101.107000.55.55309.2025
