Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into new or existing agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, to undertake the Property Management activities at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand ($350,000) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the 2013 PAYGO Fund as follows:
