Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. E-03952, from Pizza Hut of America, Inc., 3210 Library Road, Castle Shannon, PA 15203 to Southside Steaks, LLC c/o Marc Feldstein, 5935 Walnut Street, Apt #1, Pittsburgh, PA 15232 for the premises, located at 2000 East Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

SECTION 2. Request for Approval

Southside Steaks, LLC c/o Marc Feldstein, which has a mailing address of 5935 Walnut Street, Apt #1, Pittsburgh, PA 15232, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. E-03952, which is currently registered to Pizza Hut of America, 3210 Library Road, Castle Shannon, PA 15203, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into a premises known and numbered as 2000 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. The proposed interior of the premises is approximately 2,070 square feet of space for the restaurant/bar which will occupy the first floor of the building.

SECTION 3. Public Hearing

City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Southside Steaks, LLC c/o Marc Feldstein's intent to the above liquor license.
