Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to issue and

the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Richard S. Amyloidosis Foundation, in an amount not to exceed Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Two Dollars ($9,742.00) in connection with the 2002 Great Race chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 1000, Organization 500000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2003 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
