WHEREAS, the City ("the Grantor") is the owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of real property located in the 6th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being identified as Parcel Tax ID 26-E-301.

WHEREAS, the City ("the Grantor") is the owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of real property located in the 6th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being identified as Parcel Tax ID 26-E-302.

WHEREAS, the City ("the Grantor") is the owner in fee simple of that certain parcel of real property located in the 6th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being identified as Parcel Tax ID 26-E-303.
