Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Ecotone Renewables for the purpose the city’s USDA Community Composting Pilot at an overall cost to the City not to exceed Thirteen Thousand ($13,000) dollars payable from JDE Job Number: 1129400369.53901.00
Section 2. The Agreement or Agreements, and Amendments thereto, shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
