Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Sublicense Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania State Police, to allow Public Safety personnel to utilize Traffic and Criminal Software (TraCS), at no cost to the City.

 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Sublicense Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania State Police, to allow Public Safety personnel to utilize Traffic and Criminal Software (TraCS), at no cost to the City.

 

Section 2.                     The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
