Resolution authorizing an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Community Services Inc. to provide hunger related services to residents of the City of low and moderate income, at a cost not the exceed $135,000.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc., to provide hunger related services to residents of the City of low and moderate income, at a cost not to exceed $135,000, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
