Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,816.00 warrant in favor of Edward & Sandra Sisenwain, 6330 Stanton Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15206, in settlement of a claim for reimbursement for sidewalk damage from city tree roots at 6330 Stanton Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15206, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
