Resolution authorizing a sub-award agreement or agreements providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($750,000.00) to the Urban Redevelopment Authority to support the development of affordable housing on Homewood Avenue as part of a Federal Appropriation managed by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a subaward agreement or agreements for providing for the transfer of funds not to exceed SEVENTY HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($750,000.00) dollars to Urban Redevelopment Authority to support the development of affordable housing on Homewood Avenue. Funds are chargeable to and payable from JDE account number: 8229400488.53901.00
Section 2. This agreement or agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. This agreement or agreement(s) shall also satisfy all requirements as specified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
