Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled "adopting and approving the 2012 capital budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program" by transferring $80,080.67 83,008.42 to East Liberty Development Inc for the purpose of hiring a consultant and doing minor capital projects.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of Finance, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s), or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement(s) or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with City Council's Neighborhood Needs Program chargeable to and payable from the City Council District 9 Neighborhood Needs as per "Revised Budget" column:
