Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with Pittsburgh Public Schools to allow the City of Pittsburgh to become an Out-of-School Time partner provider during the 2025-2026 school year.

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
