WHEREAS, the St Vincent's Literary Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, located at 145 South 12^th Street, Pittsburgh Pa 15203-1225 which provides a library where its members can keep informed of local and international events with local newspapers, television, and magazines. The Association also provides social interaction, entertainment and travel opportunities, resulting in personal enrichment, enjoyment and a sense of community to its members.

      WHEREAS, the St Vincent's Literary Association desires to operate certain small games of chance and/or conduct raffles to generate funds to further its purpose.
