Section 1. For the Area bounded by: Sherman Avenue, from West North Avenue to Jacksonia Street; Veto Street from Eloise Street to Jacksonia Street; Arch Street, from West North Avenue to Jacksonia Street; Reddour Street, from Sampsonia Street to West North Avenue; Federal Street North, from Sampsonia Street to Alpine Avenue (odd number addresses only); Jacksonia Street, from Arch Street to Federal Street North; Sampsonia Street, from Sherman Avenue to Federal Street North; Gentry Way, from Sherman Avenue to Arch Street; Brim Way, from Arch Street to Reddour Street; West North Avenue, from Sherman Avenue to Arch Street. West North Avenue, from Sherman Avenue to Resaca Place; Palo Alto Street, from West North Avenue to North Taylor Avenue.
