Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows”

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works, are authorized to apply for a grant from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County’s Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund for the construction of the Homewood Park Community Gathering Space, in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) DOLLARS for this stated purpose.
