Resolution providing for securing a right-of-way in connection with the rehabilitation of the McArdle Viaduct No. 1; also providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Dept of Transportation; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $50,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or the use of existing contracts, for the securing of right-of-way in connection with the rehabilitation of the McArdle Viaduct No.1; at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement of the State and Federal government's share of costs to the City for the rehabilitation of the McArdle Viaduct No. 1.
