Title: WHEREAS, Patricia Schnupp was born on November 29, 1959 to Robert Fallon Sr and Patricia Fallon. She grew up in the Carrick neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh with 4 sisters and 5 brothers; and,

WHEREAS, Patricia Schnupp was born on November 29, 1959 to Robert Fallon Sr and Patricia Fallon. She grew up in the Carrick neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh with 4 sisters and 5 brothers; and,

WHEREAS, after graduating from Southside Catholic, she attended Robert Morris University where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Finance; and,

 

WHEREAS, in 1981 she married the love of her life Mark Schnupp and together they raised three children, Elaina, Margaret and Aidan. She has three grand-children Aliena, Evelyn and Elias who affectionately call her Gigi; and,

 

WHEREAS, Patricia has been in the banking industry for over 30 years, most of those years were with Bank of New York Mellon, where she was recognized with several awards for her work.  She is a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Financial Professionals and is a Certified Treasury Professional. She currently works for Huntingdon Bank; and, 

 

WHEREAS, she proudly dedicates her time to serving as the Treasurer of the Pittsburgh Girl Scout Service Unit. This service covers most of the neighborhoods and troops within the City of Pittsburgh; and,

 

WHEREAS, Patricia is an avid reader who loves kindle and is looking forward to her retirement when she will have time to enjoy her hobbies; and,

 

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Patricia Schnupp and wish her a happy 65th Birthday; and,

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Friday, November 29, 2024 to be “Patricia Schnupp Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
