Title
Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements in connection with the Disabled & Public Sidewalk Program; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements in connection with the Disabled & Public Sidewalk Program at a cost not to exceed $47,957.71, available in the following accounts:
