Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of McGann & Chester, LLC. in the amount of Three thousand six hundred seventy two dollars fifty cents, ($3,672.50) in full and final payment for the emergency rental of an 80 ton crane, with operator, for storm related cleanup at State Route 88/State Route 51/McNeilly Road intersection and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from 11101.420000.54.54513.2018.
