Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Pittsburgh Public Schools (“PPS”) in order for the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) to have permanent access to a portion of parcel 50-F-296 behind former Fort Pitt Elementary School for Fort Pitt Park road and parking access in relation to a redevelopment project known as the Fort Pitt Park Master Plan, at no cost to the City.

 

Section 2.  Said Agreement or Agreements thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
