Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article I, Introduction and Establishment, Section 902.03, Zoning Map, to rezone parcels 45-A-166 and 45-E-43 from R1D-H (Single Unit Detached Residential, High Density) to LNC (Local Neighborhood Commercial).

Body
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article I, Introduction and Establishment, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning Map, is hereby amended to rezone certain properties located on Shadeland Avenue in the 27th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh known in the Allegheny County Office of Deed Registry as parcels 45-A-166 and 45-E-43, from R1D-H (Single Unit Detached Residential, High Density) to LNC (Local Neighborhood Commercial).
Section 2. Repealer. All ordinances and parts of ordinances, inconsistent with the terms of this ordinance are hereby repealed; provided, however, that such repeals shall be only to the extent of such inconsistence and in all other aspects, this ordinance shall be cumulative of the other ordinance regulating and governing the subject matter covered by this ordinance.
Section 3. Savings Clause. If any section or provision or parts hereof in this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section or provision or part thereof.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
