Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 768, effective January 1, 2010, as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program," by transferring $100,000 from the Neighborhood Business and Economic Development in the Urban Redevelopment Authority to the Department of Public Works for the Squirrel Hill Gateway Project.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 768, effective January 1, 2010, as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program," which currently reads as per attachment A, is hereby amended to read as per attachment B:
