Resolution amending Resolution No. 782 of 2005, effective December 30, 2005, entitled "Resolution declaring that certain City property shall be combined to create a new City park named the "Grandview Scenic Byway Park," by adding certain properties in the 18th and 19th Wards to EXHIBIT A to become part of the Grandview Scenic Byway Park.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 782 of 2005, effective December 30, 2005, which reads as follows: "Section 1. It is hereby declared that the above-described parcels in EXHIBIT A shall hereafter officially be dedicated for park purposes as the Grandview Scenic Byway Park subject to the provisions of Section 2 herein.
Section 2. The addition to Grandview Scenic Byway Park of the parcels that are currently identified as being owned by the Three Taxing Bodies in EXHIBIT A is made contingent upon all necessary approvals by Allegheny County and the Pittsburgh Public School District and the transfer of all of their respective rights, title, and interest in such properties.
Section 3. The City intends to maintain the existing City parks (including names) as separate links coming together with the aforementioned additional public property to collectively form the Grandview Scenic Byway Park."
Is hereby amended to include the following additional properties as part of EXHIBIT A and the Grandview Scenic Byway Park:
