The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article I, Introduction and Establishment, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning Map, is hereby amended to rezone certain properties in the19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh known in the Allegheny County Office of Deed Registry as parcels 1-P-28, 1-P-29, 1-P-36, 1-P-40, 1-P-40-1, 1-P-40-102, 1-P-40-103, 1-P-40-104, 1-P-54, 1-P-42, 1-P-43, 1-P-44, and 4-B-13-0-01 from the GPR-A (Grandview Public Realm Subdistrict-A) to R-MU (Residential-Mixed Use), and to amend the Height Map to add a 45 Ft. Base Height and 100 Ft. Maximum Height to those parcels, in the Mount Washington neighborhood.
