Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget are authorized are authorized to apply for a grant from Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development’s (DCED) Multimodal Transportation Fund for the Planning and Engineering of the Liberty Avenue, Main Street, and Bloomfield Bridge Intersection. The grant proposal includes an ask not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN ($533,111.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
