Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a professional services agreement with Cozen O’Connor to provide legal services for matters related to the Public Utility Commission at an amount not-to-exceed ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($150,000.00) appropriated from the following code account:
