Affirmative Recommendation

Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an agreement or agreements for the hiring of outside computer assistance to upgrade the Law Department's case management system at a cost not to exceed $36,000.00 (Thirty Six Thousand Dollars).

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of outside computer assistance to upgrade the Law Department's case management system at a cost not to exceed $36,000 (Thirty Six Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 522500, Sub Class150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2001.
