Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Etcetera Edutainment, Inc. to purchase Simcoach Games police ethics training simulation software and related support services at a total cost not to exceed $29,750.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Etcetera Edutainment, Inc. to purchase Simcoach Games police ethics training simulation software and related support services. The goal of this simulation software is to help the Bureau eliminate avoidable ethics violations and other breaches of professional conduct.
The overall cost of said Agreement(s) shall not exceed Twenty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($29,750). Payments shall be chargeable to and payable from the following JDE account code in 2016:
11101.230000.53.53901.2016 (Item Number 5287)
Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
